Kids & Students: Kids

At Rocky, kids are a priority. We have specially designed environments that are age-appropriate and safe where kids have fun while getting to know Jesus. For more information, contact:

rKids Early Childhood

Infants – Kindergarten kids enjoy creative storytelling, awesome worship and hands-on activities that reinforce the Bible in Early Childhood.

Setting the foundation for your child’s spiritual journey is so important! If you would like to talk to your younger children – two years to Kindergarten, about the lesson coming up on Sunday, get your At Home Weekly information HERE. (Includes monthly remember verse.)

rKids Elementary

1st – 5th graders enjoy worship and creative storytelling. They also learn to trust God, make wise choices and build lasting friendships.

What happens at home is way more important than what happens at church! Be intentional with your kids and talk to them about the lesson we will have in rKids this Sunday. Get your At Home Weekly information HERE. (Includes monthly remember verse.)

Safety

Rest assured your kids are safe with us. We use a computerized check-in system that prints security tags so only you can pick up your child. Each tag shows the child’s name, classroom, any allergy information and an ID number. We will put up the ID number on the main screen in the auditorium if we need you. Also, all volunteers in our Family Ministries have gone through background checks and interviews.

Children & Adults With Special Needs

We are dedicated to serving individuals of all ages with physical or mental disabilities because we value them. We provide a non-threatening, safe, loving, Christ-centered environment for children or adults with special needs while their parents or caregiver attend worship. We are unable to accept any child or adult on a drop-in basis, so please email us before attending. For pre-registration, contact our coordinators at .

Shine is a social group we started at Rocky to serve individuals with special needs. We gather once a month for friendship, fun and worship. At our events, we do things like play cards and board games, watch movies, play bingo, basketball, bowl and much more.  We always offer a variety of activities for our guests to choose from. For more information, email shine@rmcc.org.
